“Excellence is our Speciality”
Personal care for Adults including support with all aspects of activities of daily living. We specialise in people with learning disabilities who present with challenging behaviour.
Norfolk Affinity Care is registered to provide care to people in their own homes. This means support workers may support you with activities of personal care, daily living and work to an agreed care plan to achieve the outcomes identified at your assessment.
We work with the Norfolk County Council.
Our service users are referred to us via Norfolk County Council Social Services and they are funded through personal budgets as well as privately funded. Our service users are adults requiring personal care and support with activities of daily living.
CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.
We make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve.
We monitor, inspect and regulate services. Then we publish what we find, including performance ratings, to help people choose care. Where we find poor care, we will use our powers to take action.
CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION
This is to certify that Norfolk Affinity Care Services has given valuable support to the Household Cavalry and is recorded as a friend of the regiment in 2004.
