I couldn’t wish for a better care company to look after my mother they are kind, caring, respectful and very passionate about their job with a very professional attitude. The office staff are always there to help and nothing is ever a problem for them I would 100% recommend Norfolk Affinity care. A BIG THANK YOU .

Carers have been so friendly, kind, and compassionate. Communication with Demi has been excellent. Thanks to their support, my mum has been able to live independently again after her stroke. We are very grateful for the care and respect they’ve shown her.

Norfolk Affinity Care has been looking after our daughter for some time. Our daughter is disabled and has relied on Affinity’s daily input morning and evening and would not be able to live independently had this team of ladies not been involved with her care.Their care, compassion and commitment to the personal needs have been excellent and the management’s input has been wise, much needed and very much appreciated. Our daughter looks forward to the morning and evening visits and depends on the care and professionalism provided to enable her to live independantly on a daily basis.

Our daughters needs are severe and complex however the team has managed often difficult situations with lovingkindness and commitment.

Mum fell in January and when she finally came home 20 weeks later she was left with life changing injuries. Shes not the easiest patient and its been hard as this has all been out of the blue.

I cannot praise the team enough. I come from a healthcare background and know how challenging things can be but they have all been amazing.

I have 100% faith in them all and never have to worry whether mum is ok as i know they take such good care of her.

They have not only allowed mum to stay at home, have company and feel as independent as possible while getting the help she needs, they have allowed me to continue with my life, knowing mum is in the best hands. They are angels and i could not be more grateful.

Thrya immediately makes you at ease from the moment you meet her. She made a list of what needed doing and it was all sorted by the end of the day. She is friendly, efficient and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble.

Thyra has been arranging care for a lady I support and she made contact with me to ensure the lady has enough support in place. She has been very professional and making sure it is all working out well for her . Efficient to say the least thankyou

The domiciliary care my mother receives from Affinity Care is of the highest quality. A professional and reliable approach is complemented by great kindness and compassion. For the first time I have been able to relax knowing my mother’s care is being sensitively and effectively provided and enables her to stay in her own home without constant support from me. This has been especially important when I recently had surgery involving several weeks of recuperation. My mother was perfectly cared for whilst I was unable to visit her which was incredibly important for my peace of mind. I cannot praise Affinity Care enough.
